Silver Trees

This group is one of the most ground-breaking that I have come across in the last six months or so.  They are phenomenally talented.  The music style is highly melodic and orchestral.  I don't know if I would even classify it as rock; it's not particularly percussion-driven.  But the melodies are undeniably powerful.  Check out this video of one of their songs.  The group is from Nashville, and as far as I can tell they only have one EP released at this point.  It was recently given away on noisetrade.  This is their website.  The first song I heard from them was this one; it might be the best song I've heard all year.
